The library was founded in the 1900's by Louis Kensington, a female pioneer in the Information Industry. We have since evolved and grown to become one of the world's most profound and largest libraries. The Kensington Library prides itself on providing free information and books that are non-discriminative, non-biased and are informative to their fullest extent. The architecture of the library is one of the things that make it so profound, it boasts large domes and sculptures and beautiful paintings with many hues of soft pink, painting it as a safe and beautiful feminist place. Although the library was built by a strong feminist, it is welcoming to all genders, races and sexualities, we encourage and treasure diversity.Â
