يقوم المعلم بصناعة كشف الأسماء الخاص بكل صف وربط الأعضاء بأسمائهم بالكشف، لتمكين الطلبة (أو أولياء الأمور) من الاطلاع على سجل الحضور والغياب وقبول التحضير التلقائي والاطلاع على الدرجات، والإجابة على الأسئلة المرصودة الدرجة

في حال تمت اضافة الأسماء عن طريق قائمة الأعضاء فإن الارتباط سيكون مباشرا
