يقوم المعلم بصناعة كشف الأسماء الخاص بكل صف وربط الأعضاء بأسمائهم بالكشف، لتمكين الطلبة (أو أولياء الأمور) من الاطلاع على سجل الحضور والغياب وقبول التحضير التلقائي والاطلاع على الدرجات، والإجابة على الأسئلة المرصودة الدرجة

Each teacher should define the class roster and connect members to their names, to enable students (or parents) to view their attendance record accept auto-attendance, view their grades, and to answer graded questions

طرق إضافة الأسماء في الكشف:

١. يدويا عن طريق إضافة الإسم (إجباري) ورقم الطالب (اختياري)

٢. عن طريق دليل المؤسسة التعليمة (متوفر للمؤسسات ضمن شريحة Prime)

٣. عن طريق تحميل ملف CSV

٤. عن طريق الإضافة من قائمة أعضاء الصف

Ways to create your class roster:

1. Manually via adding names (mandatory) and student IDs (optional)

2. Via importing names from the institution directory (Available for Prime institutions)

3. Via importing a CSV file

4. Via adding from the class members list

طرق ربط الأعضاء بأسمائهم بالكشف

١. يدويا عن طريق الضغط على النقاط الثلاث بجانب كل اسم ثم خيار الربط

٢. عن طريق تمكين الطلبة بالارتباط بأسمائهم في الكشف، عن طريق خيار النقاط الثلاث في أعلى الصفحة

Ways to link members with their names on the class roster:

1. Manually via clicking on the three dots next to each name then selecting the linking option

2. Via enabling students to connect with their names, through clicking the 3 dots on the top right corner
