Need a letter of rec from your teacher/school counselor?

1. Email or go see your recommender and POLITELY ask if they will be willing to write you a letter of recommendation 

   1. Do not wait until the last minute - respect your teacher and counselor's time and plan accordingly! 

2. Make a Copy of the Google Doc BRAG sheet on the right

3. Fill out the form with as much detail as you can

4. Once the sheet is filled, share the Google Doc & email your recommender to notify them it's been shared two weeks before you need the letter

5. If you are applying through the Common App, let them know!

   1. This is IMPORTANT! The common application will send them a link, and they will need to check their email for the recommender login!
