Welcome to your Senior Sunset & Yearbook Signing Party! 

This event will take place on FHS’s campus (in the quad).  

Don’t forget your school ID and something to sign with! 

Before you leave, don't forget to pick up your cap and gown. You will only be able to pick up your cap and gown if all senior obligations are cleared. If you aren't able to pick up your cap and gown today, make sure to pick it up from Mrs. Case in the student store before 3pm on Thursday, May 21.

Students provide their own transportation to and from this event.     

Senior Awards recognize seniors who are a member of NHS, CSF, CTE Pathway completers, “local” scholarship winners and National Merit Finalists.  At this event, the students will be given their cords, tassels, and sashes to be worn at graduation. 

This event takes place in the FHS main gym at 2:00pm on Tuesday, May 26. You will receive an invitation to this event if you're receiving an award. Parents are welcome to attend! Business attire is required for those participating.

If you're not able to make it to Senior Awards, you can pick up your cords from your program advisor.

Senior Reflections is a senior only assembly that will take place on Tuesday, May 26 starting at 4:30pm in the main gym. Please enter campus through the student gate.

You will hear from a few of your classmates about their experiences at Foothill and parting wishes they have for their classmates.  We will also watch a coveted video from our very own FTV seniors highlighting the senior class’s journey to graduation. 

Families are welcome to attend this event! The gym will be open to guests when senior awards is over, around 4:00pm. Tickets are not required.

Seniors should arrive in full cap and gown and report to the cafeteria between 3:45pm - 4:00pm. Check in will start at 3:45pm. 

This is your only chance to take pictures with your classmates and family ON campus with your cap and gown.  

Grad practice is at 1pm on Wednesday, May 27. This event is MANDATORY to attend in order to walk in the graduation ceremony. You do not need to bring anything to this practice except yourself. 

Arrive at FHS by 12:40 pm. 

Head to the Event Center for seating instructions.  We want to get you in and out so don’t be late.  

AFTER practice is over, you’ll receive your graduation tickets. Each student will receive 5 tickets. 

Again, if you do not come to grad practice, you will not be able to walk in the ceremony and you will not receive your grad tickets. 

The Senior Clap-Out event is taking place on May 28, 2026 (times vary by school site). During this event, TUSD high school seniors are invited to take a walk down memory lane and visit their former elementary school to reminisce about your early days at a TUSD school, inspire those who will follow in your footsteps one day, and reconnect with former Principals, Teachers, and Staff during your visit. You will receive a letter from the elementary school site with specific directions. The deadline to sign up is May 15!

Registration and check-in begin promptly at 8:30PM at FHS.  Grad Knight is from 9pm-2:00am.  You must have your student I.D. or driver's license. Don't be late!

Diplomas will be distributed starting Friday, May 30 from 8:00am – 4:00pm. Seniors are expected to pick up diplomas from the front office entrance. BRING YOUR ID! You can only pick up a diploma for yourself. You must pick up your own diploma - no sending parents to do it for you.

If you have borrowed your cap and gown, you MUST return the cap and gown in order to pick up your diploma. 

If you would like to donate your cap and gown to future seniors in need, please leave it in the front office when you pick up your diploma.

If you have obligations, athletic equipment to return, or laptops to return after AP testing, you MUST return the items before picking up your diploma.
