Mindful Bubble Bounce

Slow your racing mind and improve your focus.

This calming brain break is suitable for children aged 3-11.

3 Minute Body Scan

The body scan alternates between a wide and narrow focus of attention; from focusing on your little toe all the way through the entire body. The body scan trains your mind to be able to move from detailed attention to a wider and more spacious awareness from one moment to the next.

Deep Breathing

This deep breathing technique is at the core of many mindfulness and relaxation practices. It may take a lot of practice to get right, but it is well worth the effort!

This calming brain break is suitable for children aged 5-11.

Deep breathing activates our parasympathetic nervous system which slows our heart rate and puts us in a state of rest. It's needed for a healthy nervous system and gets us feeling calm and relaxed.
