How Can I Connect With My Family During COVID-19?

Parents, as we all adjust to a new normal, it is essential we find new ways to connect, even with our closest people. The family connection questions give you 3 questions for each day of the week - talk about them over dinner, during lunch, over video chat, or whenever or however it works for your situation. The idea is that someone starts off answering the first question and then all folks present answer that same question. Continue through the questions until you're done.

You will also find a 'restorative communication toolbox.' These are some simple communication techniques to manage some of the 'cabin fever' conflict that might be popping up. Someone needs you to listen, try the reflection questions. You need to communicate something important, try an I-message.
