8th Grade Virtual Promotion

iPad Collection
All 6th and 7th graders will keep their iPad through the summer. If you are not returning to CTMS in the fall, please notify our office ASAP so that we can arrange for you to turn in any school/classroom items after the last day of school. You can also email msamson@tustin.k12.ca.us
All 8th-grade students will be turning in iPads on June 4th and 5th in assigned appointment times based on your last name. It is extremely important that you make arrangements to arrive at Columbus Tustin on time for your scheduled appointment. For the safety of our staff and families, you must remain in your car at all times. We will not accept walk-up appointments. Please pull into the staff parking lot closest to the community center, behind the J building. You will be directed to a numbered parking space and then will drive through the different stations one car at a time. Please make sure that the iPad is fully charged and powered on. All passcodes must be removed. After all school materials are turned in you will receive the promotion certificate and keepsake program. At the final station, as you exit the parking lot, there will be a photo backdrop with our CTMS logo on it if you would like to take a picture of your child holding their diploma. However, your child does not have to be present in order to turn in the iPad and school materials. The students may not arrive at school without an adult.
IPad return is MANDATORY for 8th graders and you must report during your assigned time based on your LAST NAME. Please review the link below for your assigned date and time. If there are any emergencies that will prevent you from attending your appointment, please email Mrs. Samson at msamson@tustin.k12.ca.us IMMEDIATELY.
