Week of 3/9/2026
This weeks focus:
1. Four fly kicks off each wall.
2. No breathing into or off of turns and the finish.
What We're Trying to Accomplish this Week:
1. Stroke count sets.
2. Racing and overspeed work.
3. Alternate upper and lower body with in sets or by sets.
4. Turns, starts(relay) and finish work.
5. Paddle sets.
6. Varied Tarzan work
7. Variable speed work.
8. Kicking and Race Race are specific each day during this phase of the season.Â
