You can click the button below to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure system. Once you have submitted a request, you will receive an email containing login information.

*If you already have a Skyward Account for another student enrolled at SISD, go to Step 2.

New Student Registration

Please log into your newly created Skyward account and complete registration.

Please upload all of your required documentation into Skyward.

Required Documentation:

• Certified copy of the child's birth certificate

• Child's immunization record validated by a physician's signature or stamp

• Child's social security number (optional but preferred)

• Driver's License of parent/guardian registering child

• Proof of residency (utility bill, lease agreement, contract). If you are not a resident of Sweeny ISD, but you are living with someone who is a resident, the resident must complete a Falsification form. This form is available when you enroll.
