The Boosters’ mission is to promote, aid and financially assist all STMA band programs, its students, staff and parents by fostering responsibility, pride and excellence in musicianship in the students, by supporting the band directors’ vision, assisting the bands in their activities and shows, and promoting the bands’ involvement in our community.
The Band Booster Organization does not receive any activity fee monies nor any money from other booster organizations.
The STMA Marching Knights program is funded almost exclusively, through student fees and fundraising projects organized by the STMA Band Boosters. Throughout the year there are many opportunities for both student and parents to raise money for the general band program as a whole. In a trip year for the Marching Knights, individual student fundraisers could be set up to satisfy trip fees.

The STMA Band Boosters is a non-profit organization made up of parents of students currently enrolled in the STMA Band Program who are interested in giving their student(s) the best band experience through logistical support of band performances, fundraising for band activities, and general support.

Each year our Marching Knights program require many volunteer hours from parents. Each family is required to submit a check and sign up for multiple volunteer opportunities to help the Marching Knights. If the commitments are met by the end of the marching season, the check is destroyed. These opportunities will be sent out via email from the STMA Band Boosters.

Examples of volunteer opportunities are: Board Positions, Fundraising, Uniform fittings, Band Camp, Band Banquet, Volunteer Coordinating, Parades and much more.
