Mrs. Benedict, School Social worker

Hello my name is Rachel Benedict. This is my 4th year at STMA (8th year as a school social worker). I am here to support students social emotional needs at school. I am currently at both Fieldstone Elementary and St. Michael Elementary.

I feel the best way to help support students is by developing a positive relationship and providing a safe and calm environment. I believe in a strength based approach and understand that each student has different needs!

When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time outdoors and with my family and friends!
