Zoom

Zoom is the video conferencing app that will be used by St. Peter's teachers. Here is what you can expect from the SPES teachers:

• The link to the Zoom meeting will be shared via Google Classroom.

• A "waiting room" will be activated for all Zoom meetings, and students will be allowed in by the teacher.

• Only students using their Spartans login and ipad will be admitted to the Zoom meeting.

• Class meetings will begin at the scheduled time and generally will not exceed 30-40 minutes.

• Sharing of screens by students will be deactivated unless a specific lesson requires sharing.

• Breakout rooms will be monitored by a staff member.

• Zoom meetings may be recorded, but will not be shared, to protect student privacy.
