FIRE EVACUATION

FIRE EVACUATION

Fire evacuation is important. The important things to remember are:

  • If you hear the fire alarm, leave the building immediately.

  • Check the Fire Action Notices displayed in stairwells and know what to do and where to go in the event of a fire alarm. Learn at least two evacuation routes, fire exits and Fire Assembly Points.

  • We have a fire alarm test every Monday at 9am but if the alarm sounds for more than one minute make sure to follow evacuation procedures.
