ACADEMIC INTEGRITY

ACADEMIC INTGRITY

Here at City of Glasgow College we are committed to upholding academic integrity.

This means that our staff and students agree to uphold the key values of honesty, trust, fairness, respect and responsibility in our work. Academic integrity allows students and staff the freedom to build new ideas, knowledge and creative works while respecting and acknowledging the work of others.

For students, having academic integrity means honesty in your studies and giving credit where you have used other people's ideas as part of presenting your work. Plagiarism means presenting someone else's work as your own, even with their consent.
