Pathways

Stages and courses

The Lecturer Development Team is part of the Learning and Teaching Academy at City of Glasgow College. We support the development of Educators to progress along a five-stage Pathway from Integration to Masters, by engaging with Courses and learning Tasks. Educators can chart alignment to the Professional Standards for Lecturers in Scotland’s Colleges via Self Evaluative Statements linked to specific sets of learning Tasks and Courses.
