We invite you to undertake a summer project to share with us when you start on your BA3 Degree Programme in September.
The project is in 3 stages:
1. In a word doc-tell us about your 3 most influential artists and why they are important to you. Image/s and 150 words for each.
2. Create a piece of work/s in any material in response to one of the following:
a. A significant life event in the year 2025
b. A concept, theory or exhibition you feel connected to or have enjoyed in the year 2025
c. A place, site or environment that resonates with you or has some special significance
Your work can be in any form, size or format as long as you can it share it with the group in September.
3. Here are some books and links to get you familiar with some important texts that you will be hearing about over the next few months.

There are a range of tools and equipment available for students. Materials are supplied for certain projects; however, it is expected that students will buy materials for their own projects. The costs may vary due to the materials selected and the size of the project. Generally, the costs may be in the range of £200+. Your lecturers will give you advice and support at induction and throughout the course regarding the tools and materials required.
