You will be earning in a large open plan studio, where lots of different activities will take place from life drawing to textiles. You will also have access to workshop spaces for specialised subjects such as glass and ceramics.

In this challenging course, you will take part in an exciting and comprehensive programme of design and specialist craft studies. The course is project-based, and you'll be concentrating on designing, exploring and making, drawing and personal expression. Our blended learning model means there will be smaller groups of focused face to face classes on campus, with classes coming together for online learning. There is a strong ethos of ethical making and sustainability, which will be embedded into your learning.
The course could provide you with a variety of work suitable for a portfolio with an emphasis on applied art techniques in Art Glass, Applied Ceramics, Jewellery, Textiles and Performance Costume.
