Learning Target:

I can identify ways that Jesus showed his divine authority.

We conclude our study with one lesson we didn't get to last week. We will also learn of Jesus walking on the water and Peter's statement, "You are the Christ." We will examine what this means for us too.

Each grade at SCCS studies one of the epistles at some point through the course of the year. We're now reading through Peter's first letter to Christians in Asia Minor, finding what it means to live as "strangers" (or peculiar people) in the world and learning why God wants us to submit to authority.
