On the 1st July, Sandringham students took part in the WCSQM Symposium. This included a 'Talk Off' with students entering speeches as part of a national competition. The stimulus was 'Better Yourself By...' We are very proud of all the Sandringham entries...you can watch all of them here.
From the advancement of surgical techniques to the rapid development of drugs, medical innovation is paving the way to a future in which people are living longer, better lives with regular and unconditional access to high -calibre, world class healthcare in the UK. But in a world where a majority of the population are not able to access this level of care, can we really define our healthcare system as world class? Vasyl Ruszin explores the meaning of ‘ world class healthcare’ examining how we may work to overcome inequality and inaccessibility within healthcare to allow progression towards a tomorrow where everyone is able to access high- quality primary care.
