Back to School Night!
Hello Families,
Happy Monday! This week is Back to School Night (BTSN). Our classroom will be open from 5:30-6:15 PM. We are in Room 18. Maps are available at the front office and masks are required to enter. Welcome Everyone!
Hello Families,
I hope everyone had a wonderful summer break. My name is Sara Card and I am going to be your teacher this year. Feel free to call me Sara, Ms. Sara or Mrs. Card. Our first day of school will be Monday, August 16th. Our Bell Schedule has changed. For a copy of this schedule click here. My classroom is Room 18. However we will be meeting in the front of the school near bus drop off/pick up. I have a welcome sign with my name so keep an eye out for it!
I have a fun first month planned for our class and I am excited to share all that we will be doing. The best way to keep updated and intouch is through the Remind App. Directions on how to use this app are below. Our school has lots of changes this year with our school merger with Cordillera, Service Providers being moved, and new staff being hired so I am sure you have been receiving lots of school news via email. My primary goal is to establish an open and safe relationship with my students and their families. If there are any questions or concerns you have for me please reach me through the Remind App. Common questions include:
Can I get a copy of my child's IEP?
When is our IEP meeting?
What services does my child receive and who are the Service Providers?
What supplies does my child need to bring to school?
How can we start the collaboration process with the classroom teacher and the home care providers?
What days do we have off of school?
Where do I access the classroom homework and lesson plans?
These questions and more can either be answered through our classroom website or reaching out to me through the Remind App.
