At Myriad Dynamics we are strongly committed to protecting your personal data, and we do so within the framework of both the Data Protection Act (2018) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In this statement we set out what personal data we may collect and why, how we use that data, and your rights in respect of any personal data we may hold, in the interest of transparency.
We update our Personal Data and Confidentiality policies on a regular basis and ensure that all employees and any associates with whom we worked undertake to comply with these policies. We also take the security of our data very seriously and have a framework of policies and processes in place covering our IT security and data protection and regularly review the measures we have in place to ensure that we continue to meet rigorous standards in keeping the data we hold secure.
Collecting your information
Data gathered through use of website
We may at some times collect limited personal data from users of the website, either where you contact us using an online form or through the use of cookies.
Where you provide us with any information through a form we ask that you limit any personal data to basic contact details such as name, email address, telephone number, and company address and job title. Data gathered through marketing activities
We may hold information about our contacts in a database, and retain details of correspondence for future reference, where we have been in contact for marketing purposes. Personal data collected and stored in this case will be restricted to basic contact details such as name, email address, telephone number, and company address and job title.
Data gathered from our clients
It is our policy not to work with data from our clients which contains their policyholders' personal data unless specifically agreed in advance in writing; when dealing with policy files in particular, we request that any personal data is first removed before they are sent to us.
In the course of our work it is likely that we will still collect minimal personal data in respect of our client's employees, contractors, associates or other relevant third parties, such as name, email address, telephone number, and company address and job title.

We ensure that our systems are secure, to ensure the integrity of our data storage and to avoid unauthorised access to personal data, and we have IT Security and Confidentiality policies and processes in place to enforce this.
Where data is stored within a third party application (such as a proprietary client account management tool), or within cloud storage, we take steps to ensure that the storage meets our IT security requirements, and also complies with the Data Protection Act and the GDPR.
Our data is stored within the EU where possible. However some of our third party providers, associates or other relevant parties may use data storage outside the European Union. In this case, we take steps to ensure that all transfers of personal data outside of the EU are done lawfully and with adequate protection (For example, looking for compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework regarding transfers of Personal Data received from the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom to the US, where data is transferred to the US.)
