Meet the Company

Foundation

A brand new company, we formed in early 2020. The three founding partners had all been independent consultants for around 10 years, and had worked together on various projects. We found that whilst working independently it was very valuable to know who the good contractors were, in order to help our clients form strong teams. After re-forming a similar team in various combinations over the years, we thought how good it would be to build that team within a company, so that we could always work with those excellent talents we know and love.

Vision

We believe in the real benefits of good, well-designed processes and models. We are passionate about the quality of what we deliver, and we want to bring that to our clients.

Our vision is that you will share these passions with us, and that we will be able to help many clients to improve their working systems and practises. We aim to be known for the quality of our services, based on the high calibre of our people.

Ethics

As a company we have a strong sense of both corporate and personal responsibility, and believe in honesty and fairness above all in our dealings . We are a diverse company, and aim to foster an environment of respect and trust within our teams.

Finally, with global climate change being one of the biggest issues our world is facing right now, we aim to reduce our environmental footprint where possible by maximising our use of modern technology. We don't print anything unless we really need to, and we think before we travel: we prefer to use videoconferencing and remote collaborative working where we can. Don't worry, if we need to be on site then we will be. But we will offset the carbon emissions incurred in any such travel by planting trees. Because we believe that's the right thing to do.

Team

We have a small but growing in-house team and a wider network of independent contractors that we can call on where needed for projects, all people of high quality who we know having worked in that market ourselves. For further information about our core team of directors click here.

We can work with you in a variety of ways, whether through work packages for specific deliveries, or providing individual resources to assist you with work that you are managing in-house.
