I am an LHS alum! I graduated in 2011, went to Northland Community and Technical College here in TRF, then the University of MN - Duluth, where I graduated with my Bachelor's in Teaching Social Studies in 2015. I then went on to work at Northland as an adviser/admissions rep, until joining the FMS family in 2019. I then went back to school, University of North Dakota to be exact, and graduated with my Master's degree in School Counseling in the spring of 2022.

I have a husband and two kids with family all around us. We enjoy being in the great outdoors, camping, hunting, fishing, you name it! I enjoy coffee, shopping, and being creative!

As a school counselor, I am a firm believer in CBT - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Using this technique, I can work with students to help them understand their thoughts and how those thoughts influence their behaviors, and vise versa! Understanding that can help create change for the better!
