The statewide assessment for ELA and Math is AASA, Arizona's Academic Standards Assessment for grades 3-8. All students will participate in their grade level ELA and Math assessments. The Science assessment is AzSCI.
Students will be registered for the three-day AASA tests, Tuesday through Friday.
Students will be registered for the one-day AzSCI test. This is for Grades 5 and 8 ONLY.
All AASA assessments are administered in-person and computer-based. All eligible students are required to test.
Students will be automatically registered to a testing location determined by your home address we have in our student information system and closest available testing site.
All efforts are made to ensure students have a testing location available to them.
If you prefer a different testing location/date/time, please submit a request via this "Testing location Change Request Form." Please note that while Primavera will make a best effort to accommodate requests, it is possible that not all requests can be filled due to test location logistics, such as site capacity or location availability.

Signing in and Signing out: Guardian are required to show a valid government issued ID indicating they are the guardian on record.

Primavera Testing Window will begin March 31st through April 10th. Make Up sessions need to be scheduled with Testing department.
If possible, photo identification (not required)
Acceptable photo identification is encouraged, but not required to be admitted to the test room.
Mask - It is not required for examinees to bring or wear masks, however, if you need one, one will be provided to you at check-in.
Textbooks, foreign language or other dictionaries, scratch paper, notes, or other aids
Highlighter pens, colored pens or pencils, or correction fluid/tape
Any electronic device, other than a permitted calculator
Reading material
Tobacco of any kind, including vapes or e-cigs
The prohibited use of devices is in effect from the time you are admitted to the testing room until you are dismissed at the end of the test, including break times. Specifically:
You may not handle or access a cell phone or electronic device at any time in the testing room or during break times. This includes smart watches, fitness bands, and any other devices with recording, internet, or communication capabilities.
All devices, including cell phones and wearable devices, must be turned off and placed out of sight.
If you access your device or it activates in the testing room or during break times, you will be dismissed and your test will not be scored.
Going to the Test Location
Dress comfortably. Consider dressing in layers, so you'll be comfortable.
Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled testing time.
Be sure to get to the testing location on time, plan ahead for any delays.
Be ready to begin testing after all examinees are checked in.
During the Test
Do not engage in any prohibited behavior at the test location. If you do, you will be asked to move to another seat to complete your test. If disruption continues, you may be asked to leave and your test will not be scored. Parent/guardian will be advised of incidents/behavior.
Taking a Break
You are allowed to take a restroom break.
Students are allowed a restroom break one at a time, no group breaks.
Finishing Up
After you are done testing you are dismissed.
Guardian who signed you in is required to sign you out.
Prohibited Behavior at the Test Location
To ensure fairness for all examinees, avoid disturbances in the testing room, and protect the security of the test materials, certain behaviors are prohibited at the Primavera test location. You will be asked to move to another desk if you engage in prohibited behavior, to finish your test. If disruption continues, you may be asked to leave and your test will not be scored. Parent/guardian will be advised of incidents/behavior.
Precautions at Primavera Testing Locations
Sanitation stations will be provided at each testing location
All equipment will be wiped down and sanitized before each testing time
If student becomes sick, we ask you reschedule your testing date. Email testing@primaveratech.org and provide your student's full name, grade level and subject test that needs to be re-scheduled.
