If a program is not functioning properly, first try:
restart your Chromebook.
Request assistance from your teacher
If your Chromebook is damaged (broken keys, cracked screen, etc…) or if you are experiencing obvious hardware failures (battery not charging, blinking screen, etc…) then there is no need to submit a ticket at this time. Please take your Chromebook to the front office of the school you are enrolled at and they will gladly exchange your device and possibly charger.
If prompted to Sign in, select Microsoft Azure; then select the option to sign in with @wcs.edu account.
It is very important that you check your @myplace.wcs.edu account for notifications that your help desk ticket has updates.
