Restart your Chromebook at least daily. Do a full restart by choosing shut down (not just sign out) and power on again.
Prior to entering a help ticket, clear your cache and cookies, reset Chrome, and restart your Chromebook.
Students can access Google resources using the shelf.
It is very important to do a full restart of the Chromebook at least every day. Restarting can often fix minor issues.

If your Chromebook is damaged (broken keys, cracked screen, etc…) or if you are experiencing obvious hardware failures (battery not charging, blinking screen, etc…) please take your Chromebook to the front office.
If your Chromebook is failing to load content in the browser, try these steps.
Click the Launcher button in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
Open the Play Store and wait for it to load completely.
Once the Play Store is fully open, try launching the Chrome browser again. You should now be able to browse the internet.
