Specific: The goal should include the conditions, supports needed, equipment used and performance skills
Measurable: Anyone should be able to read the goal and know when the student has achieved the goal
Action-Oriented: The goal is written so the student can perform a task. (Use Verbs)
Outcome: The goal should indicate the end purpose (in order to...)
Time Sensitive: The student should be able to achieve the goal in a year's time given the student attends their scheduled practice sessions.

Goal: Given a picture schedule board with adult supported verbal prompting, Samuel will demonstrate 3 steps of 10 reps or 15 consecutive minutes for 5 different exercises, 4 out of 5 trials in order to complete the daily personal fitness plan.
Objective 1: Given a picture schedule board with adult supported verbal prompting and modeling, Samuel will demonstrate 15 consecutive minutes for 2 cardiorespiratory exercises, 4 out of 5 trials.
Objective 2: Given a picture schedule board with adult supported verbal prompting, Samuel will demonstrate 3 steps of 10 reps for 3 dumbbell (water bottle, soup can, sandbag, water jug) exercises, 4 out of 5 trials.
Objective 3: Given a picture schedule board with adult supported verbal prompting and modeling, Samuel will demonstrate 3 steps of 10 reps for 4 body weight exercises, 4 out of 5 trials.
