Who we are
We are the Panthinators and we are SLP Panther Proud. We are from the small community of Spring Lake Park, MN, just north of the Minneapolis and St. Paul metro areas. We come from the city of Spring Lake Park and neighboring cities Fridley and Blaine.
We are a new team, formed in 2020. Due to the pandemic, we had our first competition in 2022 and are now getting ready for the 2024 season. We are eager to learn and look forward to having a great time at regionals in April.

Due to our small size we pride ourselves in being diverse in both our mindsets and personalities. We all have something to bring to the table and each and every experience brings us closer together.
coachABLE
Due to our team having a fresh start everyone is learning the ropes, and we all have our teachable moments every now and then. What we find to be one of the most important attributes to have is to be coach-able, and learn from mistakes rather than dwelling on them.
Teamwork
We believe that teamwork is the only way for this team to function properly. Communication and respect are key aspects for a working team.
Creativity
Creativity is one of the important factors to have in our team. Without it we have no way to innovate, solve problems, and find good solutions.
RelAtionship building
We want to put forth our best effort to make connections with those around us. Not only those who provide help to us or our team members but other teams as well.
Persevering
This is where no matter what happens, throughout all the twists and turns, we find a way to figure it out. We use each other as resources and help each other out and encourage each other to power through when it gets difficult.
