Textbook Shipment Tracking

You can use the following websites to check the status on orders from some of the main publishers - the links do not require a login, just a PO number:

• Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Customer Care

• McGraw-Hill Education Customer Service

• Pearson OASIS - this more comprehensive site requires a user name & password - Michelle can log in & track most orders (site does not show some of the Higher Education orders or free workbook orders)

• NGL/Cengage Portal - this more comprehensive site requires a user name & password - Michelle can log in & track most orders (site does not show some of the  free workbook orders)

Obsolete Textbook Vendor/Pick Up Information

The vendor to contact for an obsolete textbook pick up is J&C Books

• E-mail Cindy Reizenstein at  jcbooks619@gmail.com or call (855)522-6657 to schedule an appointment - let her know if you would like a bin dropped off or if books are boxed & ready to go - she appreciates estimated quantities & pictures of the materials

• If needed, they will drop off 1 or more bins that can be filled & picked up when full

• If books are boxed make sure that they are no larger than a paper box  & that the boxes are closed/stackable
