Assalamalaikum Rehmatullahi wa baraqatahu,

• I welcome all my students to yet another fun-filled year of play-based/inquiry learning experiences at Ottawa Islamic School. I hereby request the parents to duly fill out the above circular, that includes the student's name, Parent's name, email, phone no, note, and signature, and return it to me at your earliest.

• Kindly specify if the child has any allergies or medical conditions that need special attention or care.

• Please provide an extra pair of indoor shoes and a spare set of clothes for the child, neatly labeled.

• Please ensure the child is in class by 9:15 am at the latest. If they happen to be late, you can drop them off from the main entrance. This would ensure the class does not get disturbed during the learning process.

• If you have any suggestions, you are free to share them with me.
