College applications are one of the most daunting parts of being a high schooler. While you're busy studying, playing sports, or spending time with other activities - rushing through a day-to-day routine - it feels almost abrupt to have the common app essay prompts ask you, "Tell us about yourself." As teens, we are all trying to find our place in the world, and sometimes, it's difficult to sit down and define what we mean to ourselves. In this meeting, we talked about the importance of identity and how it has an effect on our values, our relationships, and our aspirations.
In this meeting over February break, we made our own Boba Tea! After we finished, we settled down to sip tea as we took a special personality test- the world-renowned, professionally used Myers-Briggs Type Indicator! (MBTI for short).

As we crafted winter snowflakes, we discussed how social media has inspired us and exposed us to many a lot of good information while also causing us to waste hours and hours of time. Then we talked about how we find balance and discipline when it comes to controlling our social media use.
Why is community important to our lives? What does it mean to be a community member? In this meeting, we unlocked the many benefits of being community-oriented and discussed how it brought us support during difficult times and the ability to connect with others.
In this meeting, we reimagined the concept of work-life balance. We explored how work and life intertwine, recognizing that they're not polar opposites but rather essential components of our existence. Lastly, we uncovered strategies to integrate these aspects seamlessly while nurturing our well-being.
