In second grade, we will be starting our second year of the Eureka math curriculum. We will also spend a great deal of time on quick recall of math facts up to 18. Math flashcards will be coming home each evening to review. Our goal is quick recall without the use of fingers. This will help us as we begin regrouping later in the year. (carrying and borrowing)
