I have a passion for helping others. I love to make people feel good about themselves and make them happy. One of the many things I like to do is getting involved in the community. I enjoy providing assistance in a local soup kitchen. As I grew up my parents taught me to help others, and so they brought myself and my sisters to a soup kitchen to help the less fortunate. I got the chance to help to community while doing it with my family, which made me feel even better. Another activity I am trying to is to help out on a little league baseball team. I would like to take part in coaching younger kids and help them share the same passion I have for baseball as they may have. This could bring out many of my qualities in me such as a leadership as well as learning from the kids I am helping. Other ways I help others are more under the radar, meaning I will help some of my friends that struggle in school. I can typically help someone even if I'm not in their class, but by using my knowledge and context clues I am able to help them understand.
This is me helping out an organization called Lighthouse of Broward during their holiday party. This organization helps people who are blind or visually impaired.
I aim to be someone like this everyday, and sacrifice to help others.
