When talking about the past, there is always a story that comes into my mind and it really shows what I do now days. Since I know myself, I have always had a obsession with cats. I used to ask my parents a cat. One day, when I was 8 years-old, I was walking to my ballet class with my nanny and my friends and in the middle of the way we found a kitty. It was about 1 month old, black with blue eyes and I fell for it instantly. I wanted to grab him right away but my nanny said I couldn't take it. I went to the ballet class but when I got back, the cat was at the same place. Then I asked my nanny if we could take it to my house, so she got a cardboard box that was nearby and put him in there.
We arrived at my house through the kitchen's door and we let the cat out of the box. It went straight to under the fridge where was a hot place. My father was in living room, so I went there to tell him about the cat and how my dream was to have a cat, I also asked him if we could keep it, after explaining that I saved the little kitty from the street. I got as an answer "No. We don't have space for a cat." I started crying in the no part of the sentence. I told my father he was a heartless and he was just putting the poor kitty on the streets again. So, I grabbed the phone and called my mom. She was in the middle os an important conversation but I didn't care. When she picked up the call, I was in tears saying that my father was a monster and that he didn't let me keep the cat. She asked me what cat was that and I explained to her that I had just saved a cat from a terrible destiny on the street. The guy who she was talking to before I called said I should put as the cat's surname our family name, because people don't people don't kick relatives from their houses.
That was I did. The cat didn't even have a name or did I know if he was male of female but surname he had. I came to my father and told him the kitty had our surname, so he was already part of the family. I promised I would take care of it and if he still said no, I would tell my grandma and she would obligate him. He was laughing because of how far I went but I made my point. He said the cat would stay for a month and then we would take it to an adoption service. The tears were gone and a huge smile appeared on my face. Edi is with us until today. Yes, Edi is his name and he is a male cat.
