Art (1 YEAR)

Students will experience art through hands-on creation using a variety of media. The Elements and Principles of Art will be examined through discussion, activities, and the exploration of contemporary and historical works. Students gain knowledge of basic drawing skills, learn techniques specific to mediums such as oil pastel and watercolor, and explore their own creative ideas. The class is fun while challenging the creative side of the student.
