Staff Resources:

• Students with Chronic Health Conditions

  • If you come across a student with a new health condition, please bring it to the attention of your school's health office staff as soon as possible. They will follow up with me. Depending on the the severity of the condition and how if affects the student's ability to learn, the student may quality for a Health Plan or 504 Plan.

• TB Testing

  • If you are a new or current employee in need of a TB Test, you may be eligible for a California School Employee Tuberculosis Risk Assessment (in lieu of taking an actual TB test)

    • Please reach out to Human Resources to schedule

• COVID-19

  • As the district's designated COVID-19 Compliance Officer, I am working closely with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health to ensure a safe work environment

  • Should you happen to test positive for COVID-19, please reach out to Phyllis Palacios in Risk Management. She will inform me of the case and I will follow up with the school/worksite and LACDPH.
