Screencastify

Great news, Harlandale! We now have access to a free Chrome extension that allows you to create screen recordings with ease! You can create 10 videos that are each up to 30 minutes long. 

Screencastify gives you several recording options. You are able to record the entire screen, or just one tab! You are also able to add audio and even an embed a video of yourself using your computer's webcam. All of your videos will be automatically saved to a folder in your myhisd.net Google Drive. 

When you are signed into Chrome, you will see the Screencastify icon in the top right of your browser window.

In order to see the Screencastify extension in your browser, you must first sign in to Chrome.  This is different than signing in to Google. This video will show you how to sign in into the Chrome browser.
