Beginning your search for a therapist can be challenging. While I do not yet know you or what you need to hear to reach out, you can be certain that I wish to know and understand. I work well with people who appear "fine" from the outside, but may be struggling internally. I am known for providing a space that fosters curiosity; a space that's non-judgemental where we can work through whatever it is that's making you feel stuck.
I believe that at its core, therapy is a relationship. My style is honest, kind, and curious. I take an inclusive, social justice oriented and intersectional/anti-racist stance. I also have slots set aside for aviation professionals with unique medical requirements.
I work with adults using a psychodynamic and relational approach to address issues such as:
trauma
anxiety
depression
life transitions
chronic illnesses
parenting challenges
loneliness
grief
learning disabilities
identity-related issues
relationship issues

You have a unique story. Each patient brings with them their own fears, hopes, and desires. We construct the treatment with your needs in mind. Through our work together, we will explore and understand patterns that no longer serve you as I seek to help you find meaning and self-acceptance.
"You do not have to be me in order for us to fight alongside each other. I do not have to be you to recognize that our wars are the same.” —Audre Lorde
