2025- Track and Field- ATHLETES
We will be using Google Chat for team communication.
Please email your personal email account to
Coach Adam Eckert at aeckert310@mygfschools.org, OR
Nicole Kopff at nkopff220@mygfschools.org.
You will NOT be notified when you have been invited to the room through Google Chat, but you will get a confirmation email from a coach. Once invited, open Google Chat, click New Room, then Browse Rooms. You will see the invite to the 2025- Track and Field- PARENTS Room if you are a parent/guardian OR 2025- Track and Field- ATHLETES Room if you are an athlete. All athletes and parents are encouraged to join the Google Chat Rooms to get the needed information.
First Official Practice:
February 24, 2025 (Monday)
3:45 at the Help Desk at RRHS.
Practice is at 3:45 each day. When we are at Red River, we will meet at the help desk in front of the office. When it gets warm out, we will meet out on the track.

*Holly will contact parents to help pack coolers for the track and field team when they travel to meets and organize a few different pasta feeds during the season.
