Nicole Kopff is in her tenth season (2025) with the RR Cross Country program and RR Track and Field- Head Distance. Before coaching, she competed in cross country/ track and field at Northern State University in Aberdeen, SD. Kopff teaches in the art department at Red River HS.
Kailee Stoppel is starting her second season with the RR Cross Country program and RR Track and Field- Hurdles/Distance. She competed in cross country/ track and field for Montana State University in Billings, MT. Her favorite event was the steeple chase! Stoppel is in her second year as a Classroom Specialist at Central High School.
Samantha Berg is starting her second season with the RR Cross Country program and RR Track and Field- Distance. She previously ran cross country/ track at her high school in Detroit Lakes, MN. Samantha graduated from the University of North Dakota and is in her first year as a fifth-grade teacher at Century Elementary School.
Maggie Uetz is starting her first season with the RR Cross Country program. Maggie Uetz is a former RRHS teacher. She was a track manager in high school and would joke that the only time she'd run was if someone was chasing her. But somewhere along the way, that changed—she discovered a genuine love for running. Now, it's not just about the miles; she’s all about the mental side of it, too, and how running can help you push through just about anything in life. Her favorite distance to train for is the half-marathon, and her favorite distance to race is 5k.
