Toe Tapping
Standing or sitting use one foot at a time to tap as many times as you can in one minute
Mix it up by alternating feet when tapping

Elbows to Knees
Lift your knee up and one arm down to tap elbow and knee. Then switch to tap the other knee and other elbow
Mix it up by touching opposite elbows and knees
