No. while AI is a powerful tool, it can occasionally generate incorrect or outdated information. It's important to fact-check and apply human judgement when using AI outputs 

Yes! You can use approved third-party AI tools for your work at Vendasta. Gemini, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor are approved for internal use and meet our licensing and data protection standards. Access is granted based on departmental approval and request. Please note that any new AI tools need to go through Vendasta's Software Approval Process before use. 

Our focus is in delivering a powerful, out-of-the-box experience as the system of record and engagement for small businesses. That means providing a centralized platform where businesses can view and interact with all their brand engagement, from online reviews and customer inquiries to social media activity and more. 

No, Vendasta does not build its own AI models. We’ve made a strategic decision to build on top of existing, proven AI technologies rather than develop our own from scratch. We are model-agnostic, which means we are not tied to one model and will use the best model for the job!
