Guests: Saskatoon employees are welcome to bring one guest to this event. Enjoy some food, drinks and fun on us!!! Please RSVP above by XXXXXXX.

Dress Code: Black tie, meets gothic glam. Think: lace, velvet, jewel tones, black, metallic highlights and holiday sparkle.

Below is the tentative agenda, and may be subject to change. 

6:15pm: Doors Open, Cocktails & Food Service Begins

6:30pm: Photo Booth Opens

8:00pm: Lip Sync Premiere & Annual Awards Show

10:30pm: Door Prize Draws

11:30pm: Last Call

12:00am: The Nightmare Ends

Will there be food? Yes! There will be plenty of hearty appetizers available throughout the evening. We will cover all diets. 

Is there an open bar? No. We will provide one drink ticket per guest, from there you are on your own. Louis' accepts all forms of payment. Don't forget to tip your bartender! 

Where can I park? Parking at the University is expensive, we would suggest street parking in a neighborhood nearby or getting dropped off.

Will there be options for a safe ride home? Yes. We will have Riide taxi vouchers available at the registration table for all guests. We will not provide rides to the event.

Does the venue have seating? Yes! Plenty.

What to wear? The themed attire is encouraged but completely optional. Wear whatever makes you feel your best! 

Will there be a coat check? Yes. Coat check will be provided at no cost, we ask that you tip for the service you receive.

What kind of activities will be available? Besides eating, visiting, laughing, cheering for our colleagues, taking cheesy photo booth photos and dancing, the social committee will be setting up some board games in an area of the venue.
