OBJECTIVES

By the end of the lesson, students will be able to

1. introduce themselves confidently to their peers;

2. recognize different jobs;

3. identify prominent local and international personalities and be inspired by their achievements;

4. use their listening skills to answer questions about what they want when they grow up; and

5. draw and share to the class their ideal jobs.

1. name some rainforest animals and their value for life on Earth;

2. realize that the Earth's environment needs to be protected; and

3. tell some of the causes of Earth’s destruction.

1. enumerate sources of renewable energy; 

2. use Cool English Eboot and chat about energy saving tips;

3. identify ways to save energy and draw them; and

4. make their own pinwheel and connect it to the concept of windmill as a renewable energy source.
