Hello there, you can call me Gladys! I wore different hats in my professional journey such as a call center agent, museum researcher, 🖼️ virtual assistant, and project manager, 💻 but my true passion is teaching. 🧑🏫 Teaching a diverse range of students from various cultural backgrounds, including Japanese, Chinese, Taiwanese, and Koreans, broadened my perspective on the world and deepened my appreciation for cultural diversity. With experience in both online tutoring, offering personalized one-on-one sessions, and offline instruction, my aim is to cultivate a stimulating and enjoyable learning atmosphere for my students, blending challenge with enjoyment. 😃

As an English Teaching Assistant, I'm helping in coming up with the language and content planning and implementing of the lessons in English. Furthermore, I've been responsible for the reinforcing of students' oral skills by collaborating in the teaching of English as a Foreign Language. My role is crucial in incorporating cultural relevance from both the target language and the students' native culture.
