In this class we explore science topics including energy, Earth, ecosystems, cells, and engineering! This course is aligned with the new Next Generation Science Standards and emphasizes hands-on learning through inquiry. My goal is always to relate each topic to our own experiences, community, and our future because science is something everyone should understand and appreciate! I hope to inspire students to think of science not just as a fun subject but rather a way of being curious about their everyday world. I’m looking forward to an excellent and engaging year of science!
