I have been teaching science and biology for the past five years in San Diego at the elementary, middle, and high school level. Before becoming a teacher, I attended UCSD and earned a B.S in microbiology followed by my Masters of Education.

I’m a San Diego native and love being outside in the sun where I can appreciate nature. I have always had a passion for science which is often reflected in my hobbies. I collect and polish rocks, press flowers from my garden, and enjoy looking at slides of random fridge mold under the microscope just to name a few.

When I am not teaching I love relaxing at the beach, cooking, crafting, and gardening!
