Service to community (STC) Request
At Montana Youth Challenge Academy (MYCA), community service is a core part of cadet development. Since 1999, our cadets have contributed more than 226,407 cumulative work-hours supporting service-to-community projects across Montana. Calculated at the current minimum wage, that’s roughly $1,614,426 contributed to our local economy!
These projects don’t just help the community—they give cadets valuable opportunities to develop leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while making a tangible difference. If you’re a nonprofit organization or conservation group with a project that could benefit from our cadets’ energy and dedication, we want to hear from you!
