Lone Star books are titles that are recognized each year by members of the Texas Library Association's Young Adult Round Table. The books are chosen with middle school students in mind to promote a variety of genres.  

Here is the 2023 Lone Star reading list. Click on the books below to see a book trailer or hear an excerpt of the book to find out more about each title.  There are multiple copies of each book in the library and on Sora.  If you read FIVE of the 2023 Lone Star books by April 30, 2024 and fill out a book review,  we'll treat you to something fun!
